well I guess i lack imagination but I really feel that the life of an ex smoker is a great reward in and of itself. Each night I make it to without smoking gives me a big sense of satisfaction and pride. I am thankful that i have you folks to talk to about it.
I will not smoke today. Nine years Leslie ? You're my hero! The thing I worry most about most is complacency down the road. Right now I can be pretty staunch and I will not smoke but after a few years I forget everything and before you know it I'm standing in the rain sucking on a white cylinder.
Vincenza, Do you think that the amount of nicotine absorbed through the lining of your mouth ,from cigars, can contribute to relapse to smoking cigarettes?
