Day 4

Well today is smoke free day 4, All is going well so far. The tips i have learned on this site have been very helpfull. My biggest concern was driving without a smoke hanging from my lips, but a straw works for me pretty good.I want to thank everyone for all the advice. A big part part of trying to quit was setting a quit date and preparing for that date,  and when it came I threw everything smoke related in the trash. This is one of the hardest things i have ever done but i am determend to be smoke free and see my grandchildren grow up.Again thank you all who have helped in the past and in the future. So far, so good...

So far so good is a good way to put it, I also quit news years eve and have some pretty strong urges, BUT ikeep telling myself no no no and it seems to work. And like you I also have been having some really crazy dreams, but if that is what it takes to be smoke free then let it be. GOOD LUCK.    P.S. keep on keeping on.
