Prety Close Call.....

Thank you so much for your encouragement. I have been cutting down a lot. 2 more days and I will be smoke free. I have also decided to quit coffee and alcool for a while. It seems that every time I start smoking again is when I drink. I really enjoy this website and just gave it to a friend of mine who wants to stop. I am out of cigarettes today so I am trying not to go to the store since October the 10th (my quit date) is right around the corner maybe I will make it the 9th.

Thank you,
Petruchki

Really bad craving day

Having a bad craving day. ALmost ready to give up. Was in training class all day and my coworkers asked for me to join them for a drink. Since I was having lots of craving I thought that going to a bar will not be a good idea.
I went home. I am mad that I did not go with them because of the craving. Eating chocolate right now.
Need some hope.

Thanks,

petruchki

I think I back on track. I have not been sleeping good since I stopped, having lots of dream, sleeping few hours and waking up.
I only slept 4 hours before my bad day I guess it did not help.
When does the sleep patern gets better??? On all my other quits I always slept more.

Hugs to all of you and again thank you. That was a great help

Day One....Again.

Hello Katie,

What a day!! So proud of you for not smoking. Did you get a tourist book about London, it is a great walking city and lots of beautiful things to see. I went there a lot for work.  Hope this incident will not discourage you.
Like Karen said it was a big test thrown at you and you did it YEAH!!!
WE are so proud of you this time is the one.

HELP! I'M ABOUT TO SNAP!

Hello Kristilu,

Try the medicine ball (you can buy it at any sports store).  I use it at the gym and put  what I call my nicotine rage by trowing on the floor imagining that I smach a pack of cigarettes. It really helps.

Congrats on your 8 days.
