Hi Libby08 lol ,it's transition phase and who stuck with his quit and do look back is the winner of this quit marathon. Try some Chamomile before bedtime hope I can do something to help you sleep "I can tell you a story lol" .You can do it. Good luck.

Hi Libby08,can't sleep at night in early days of your quit Journey is normal. Try not go to the bed till you really need to sleep try also avoid caffeine for a while try hot shower before bedtime try not to worry about it because everything will be fine and after you pass the early days stage you will sleep like a baby. Good luck.

Day one ?? not as anxious as I thought I would be but I am on the nicotine patches and gum lol. Although I'm struggling to sleep ?? mind won't stop any suggestions to help? Thanks x
