Great to have you stop by and "flash" us!!!   Sorry to hear about your computer!  Maybe you can use part of that 430 pounds to help you get a new one!  That would be a fantastic reward!!!

Hey Smokey Jo,
Nice to see you, how are the skies treating you?  Karren was asking about you at your one year mark.  Happy Belated One Year to Ya.   Karren is on vacation right now but I'm sure she will be glad you stopped by to say you are still smoke free.  Hope you get to fly somewhere fun for your reward...

Don't worry about the weight gain you can always tackle that with a little change.  I think Karren just posted on the weight loss section that she started working out and changing her diet and has had success in the last months.  Good Luck and congrats again..
.

Ron

Hi Smokey Jo
It is good to her froom you. Congratulations on your great stats. More than a year smoke free!!wow that is a great achievement.
And about the weight, you can tackle that issue when yo are ready for it. It is easier to drop a few kilos than to gros a new lung or heart!
Keep the quit

Welcome back smokey jo,

Thanks for dropping in to say hi! It is great to hear that you are still hanging tough and have remained smoke-free! Sorry to hear about your computer, hopefully you can manage to get a new one in the near future. How have you been feeling lately? What have you been doing to keep busy?
