Share with the class - are the first two weeks the worst???? I am looking forward to each day one at a time but wonder how long it will take to feel less pressured!

Hey Cobenfan, For me, it was the first 12 days that were the worst. Days 13 through 17 (current day) are not easy by any means. The cravings are less frequent. Unfortunally, the cravings were stronger. One day at a time is the way it works I guess. Take care, Ron My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/12/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 17 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 618 Amount Saved: $114.75 Life Gained: Days: 2 Hrs: 17 Mins: 47 Seconds: 32
