Day 1 again

WOOHOO!! Seamus & Carlos & no naked lights (I'll go along with whatever, ask anybody). Seamus, my friend, we all need help now & then, that's why we're here. Asking for help has been the difference between this (successful) quit & the previous 3,604.792 (unsuccessful) quits. We're all here to help each other so never be hesitant to ask for what you need. Thank you for asking us along on your journey to freedom! Good on you! Volunteering the quit while healthy is surely better than the doc giving you an ultimatum of life or death if you choose to smoke. Good idea for you 2 to buddy up. Seamus, it can be hard to break the old habits like going out for smoke breaks. Try to have something else to do. Take a short walk, go get a heathy snack. You don't smoke so why would go for a smoke break? Carlos, wth is a naked light?
